Return & Refund Policy

Our team at LanternMeds follows pre-defined SOPs (standard operating procedures) to provide satisfactory services to its clients. There's a rare chance of unsatisfactory service/ delivery of medicines and products. However, to err is human. If there has been a mistake or the client changes their mind after purchasing an item, this Return & Refund Policy will help him/her with the further process/steps to be taken.

The Return Process

The client can request a Return if:

  • Wrong medicine/product(s) were delivered
  • Some items (medicine/products) were missing
  • The delivered medicine/products were expired
  • Medicine/products delivered were damaged or tampered

Terms & Conditions

In all the aforementioned situations one can request a return within 3 days of delivery. Our agent will visit for a pick up within 3-15 days after the return request is generated. He will need to verify the medicines/products before accepting the return. The return will be accepted only if: 

  • The batch code, barcode, and labels match
  • The medicine/product is unopened and unused
  • Products have expired post-delivery 

Please Note: Some items may not be returnable. Please check all the medicine/product details before placing the order. 

The Refund Process

We will initiate a refund after the medicine/products(s) are verified and picked up by our agent. It may take up to 30 business days to receive a refund in the registered bank account. 

Please note that LanternMeds can make changes in this policy at any given point in time without any advance notice. Once we make any amends in any of our policies, we'll notify our clients via SMS, Email or a notice will be displayed on the website home page.
